Two years ago, giGO made an unforgettable first impression with the release of their debut album, The Divine Proportion. Since its release, the album has earned praise from fans and critics alike as a modern melodic progressive rock masterpiece, seamlessly blending the warmth and sophistication of ’70s soft rock with a contemporary progressive edge.
While The Divine Proportion marked giGO’s debut as a band, the musicians behind the project were anything but newcomers. Comprised of seasoned professionals with decades of experience, giGO brought together an impressive lineup of acclaimed artists from across the rock and progressive music worlds.
The band’s lineup features:
Anthony Duke (Flip, Solo)
Andy Kinch (Kracked Earth, Flip)
Don Schiff (Rocket Scientists, Terry Newman Project, Elvis Presley)
Doug Scarratt (Saxon, Kracked Earth)
Jamie Ray Scarratt
Joining the band are special guests:
Robin Boult (Howard Jones, Fish)
Georgia
Clocking in at just under 50 minutes, the album’s nine genre-spanning tracks showcase exceptional songwriting, memorable melodies, lush harmonies, and masterful musicianship. The Divine Proportion has drawn comparisons to legendary artists including Mike + The Mechanics, Tears for Fears, The Eagles, Don Henley, Terry Reid, Phil Collins, Steely Dan, Toto, Johnny Hates Jazz, Hall & Oates, Simply Red, and Poco. Rather than imitating these influences, giGO combines them into a distinctive musical identity that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly original.
With its timeless songwriting and polished production, The Divine Proportion continues to resonate with listeners, proving that great music knows no expiration date.
Two years after its release, The Divine Proportion remains a shining example of melodic progressive rock done right—an album that bridges generations of music lovers while standing confidently among the finest independent progressive rock releases of recent years.
Today we are thrilled to celebrate the anniversary of the PeacockSunrise Bands, Street Team & Friends Facebook group, which launched on this day in 2020, just over two years after the launch of PeacockSunrise Records.

Acclaimed Americana singer-songwriter Don Mularz, known for his work as a solo artist Dark Horse Flyer and Split Decision, returns with the digital release of “Well Runs Dry,” available worldwide on July 17, 2026.
“Well Runs” is the first in a series of archival recordings that will be released as digital singles. Although the song was written more than half a century ago, it remained officially unreleased until now.
The performance was recorded live in 2014 during the Dark Horse Flyer Vault Sessions, which were originally filmed and released on January 13, 2015.
Recognizing the historical and artistic value of these recordings, Don and his team felt the time was right to bring these hidden gems out of the vault and make them available to music fans around the world.
These aren’t polished studio productions; they’re the real deal. Each performance was recorded live in a single take, captured simultaneously on video using just one microphone, one guitar, and Don’s unmistakable voice. There are no remixes, no remasters, no overdubs, and no studio trickery, just pure, raw, honest music exactly as it happened.
“Well Runs Dry” captures the spirit of a songwriter whose music has always been rooted in authenticity and heartfelt storytelling. Preserved exactly as it was performed, the recording offers listeners a rare opportunity to hear Don Mularz in his most natural environment, stripped down, unfiltered, and deeply personal.
For longtime fans, this release opens the door to previously unheard material that has remained in the vault for years. For new listeners, it serves as an ideal introduction to an artist whose songs continue to resonate through honesty, craftsmanship, and timeless songwriting.
If you’ve ever wanted to experience Don Mularz’s music in its purest form, “Well Runs Dry” is where the journey begins.
